Summer trip to the West- Idaho Falls/Island Park

Our trip home this year was incredibly fast. We packed alot of stuff into 9 days. We didn't get to see everyone we wanted to, which was a bummer, but we did the best we could and hopefully we can see everyone and do everything next year! This year, our family reunion was at a new place in Island Park. It's hard finding a place for 70+ people and I think we found it! It was amazing. Mostly, it was fabulous to see everyone and visit. But, there was also lots to do! Floating the river, making donuts, stick pulling, 4-wheeling, sack races, a talent show, movie night, hiking/running, making homemade ice cream, gorgeous sunsets, eating, laughing, running around with the cousins, visiting Mesa Falls...late nights, early mornings. Our family reunions are always amazing! I love my family! (too many pictures, so I just picked a few)

Summer Trip to the West-Montana

Montana was a lot of fun! The weather was gorgeous! The sunsets beautiful. This year, we went later than normal, so we were able to enjoy the bounty of the fruit at Grandpa's house. Lots of cherries and raspberries...divine! Fishing, carousel, spray park, hiking the "M", bowling, shooting guns, playing 10,000 with Grandma...lots of fun and laughter!

Summer Trip to the West-UT

In Utah, we got to see Stacy and Alan's new baby, Will..my sister's new house... and our dear friend, Jodi. Every year, we also get together with Bart's roommates from college...they are super fun group of people. Between all of us, we have lots of kids and they all have a great time together. Besides all the water fun (they set up a huge slippery slide), we went up in the mountain to a cabin, which was beautiful...stuffing ourselves with s'mores.
