Cole lost one of his front teeth yesterday! He was super excited... it was made even more awesome because it happened at school! :) He has two more that are loose...

Jayda is so silly. After eating a cookie, you can see the crumbs all over her face, she found a sticker book and put stickers all over her face. She left them on for about 4 hours, until it was time for dinner. She cracks me up!

Sisters Weekend!!

I just got back from the best weekend! I traveled to Boise to hook with my mom, 5 sisters-in-law and 4 sisters for our second "Sisters Weekend". How could you not have fun with all these wonderful women!? We treated ourselves to facials/massages, went to dinner twice, laughed, made bead watches, ate, laughed, made blankets and games for humanitarian aid, had a surprise baby shower (4 of us are expecting babies), ate, laughed, shopped, watched the Olympics, watched "New Moon", stayed up late every night and laughed even more. I'm already looking forward to our next one....

The kids made a puppet stage and made paper bag puppets. This is Cole doing four puppets at the same time. He was laying on his back and had puppets and his hands and feet. Very talented....

Valentine's Day Cup Cakes

The kids wanted to do cupcakes this year instead of sugar cookies. Fine with me!! It was way easier, with a lot less mess! They had a great time frosting the cupcakes and loading them with candy. Bart and I ordered ourselves a box of divine chocolates from Florence's Exquisite Candies in Idaho and Bart also surprised me with some gorgeous flowers. It was a wonderful day!

Record Setting Storm

We have survived one of the top four worst storms since the late 1890's! School and work were canceled Friday and are canceled again tomorrow, church was canceled today. It started snowing Friday morning at 10 am and continued until Saturday afternoon about 4 pm, leaving us with more than two feet of snow. We are grateful that we continue to have power, as fallen trees have cut off many people from having it. The kids have enjoyed playing outside and Bart is forever grateful for our neighbor's snow blower. Even with it he's had to spend many hours outside trying to clear a path to the street.
I've done some baking and just enjoyed having everyone home.
