For the next two days, we stayed in Magic Kingdom. Wow! I feel like we barely scratched the surface of all you could there. The incredible family we stayed with, sent a couple of their teenage daughters (whom the kids absolutely loved) with us to help with the kids and, let's face it, to ride on the rides with the kids when Bart and I were sick (literally) of riding the rides. I took one look at the tea cups and said no way! :) The first day, we had bought passes for the Not So Scary Halloween Night, which they do twice a week, starting in September, until Halloween. At 7pm, they kick everyone out of the park that didn't buy the special passes and you have the park to yourselves. Lots of trick or treating and very short lines for the rides. It rained off and on that day, but the park didn't close. The kids had a ball, walking around in their costumes trick and treating. On the second day, we did a character dinner with Winnie the Pooh and Friends. At first, Makenna was super freaked out but by the end,
she was holding on to the characters leg as they were trying to walk away. Too cute! :)
