Christmas Tree

This year, we bought our tree off of a lot. Not as exciting as driving to a farm to chop it down ourselves, but we'll see if we can do it better next year! :) Kelsey kept saying it was to hot to be Christmastime. hehe It turned out beautiful!

Kindergarten Thanksgiving Feast!

I never get tired of the fun activities that Kindergarten provides. This years Thanksgiving Feast was fabulous! Kelsey made a pretty cute pilgrim!

Thanksgiving!

I'm SOOO behind on updating my blog! We had the best time during Thanksgiving week. My parents drove from ID; my brother, Jesse, and his cute family arrived from AZ; and Rebekah and her sweet family drove down from Northern CA. Super fun! I needed a family fix and this definitely filled it! The cousins all had someone to play with, the weather was beautiful and we had a great time! For Thanksgiving dinner, 2 of Bart's colleagues came, as well as my friend, Sachia and her family. We had way to much food, but it was all delicious!

Hair Today...Gone Tomorrow

Kelsey decided to donate her hair. It's always a little sad for Bart and I...we both love our girlies long hair, but, we couldn't be more proud of Kelsey. She wanted to follow her older sisters' examples and we are grateful for the good example her older sisters have been. Short looks good on Kelsey!

Cole

Gosh, we love this kid! SO proud of the young man that he is and all that he has overcome these last few months. It's been a very tough transition for him moving here and we are grateful for his hard work to come out of it happy! This community takes Scouting very seriously, which has been good. Here's picture of Cole in his uniform before the Court of Honor. Love you, Cole!

We love Fall.....

....although we are trying to get used to it not feeling or looking at all like the fall we are used to! The kids had fun carving pumpkins, participating in our ward's trunk-or-treat and going trick-or-treating. There is a street here that everyone told us we had to go to for trick-or-treating. It was crazy! There were hundreds of people there. Next year, Cole wants to go somewhere else...another neighborhood where he can get "real" candy and not just mints and mini tootsie rolls. :)

Happy 40th, Bart!

It's never fun to have to work on your birthday, but I think Bart had a pretty good day. Favorite breakfast, dinner and cake. His friends at work to him to lunch and surprised him with a singing telegram...a lady in a banana suit...hilarious! SO grateful for this wonderful man!

Disneyland

We decided to buy passes to Disneyland. I love how we can just park at Downtown Disney, go for a couple of hours, eat and leave....no paying for parking and no trying to fit everything into one day! We definitely had to go when it's decorated for Halloween! Super cute!

Happy 3rd Birthday, Makenna!!!

Makenna talked about her birthday for weeks before the actual day. She was SO excited to turn 3! Makenna is our little firecracker! She loves to play with her siblings; loves anything Frozen; loves to play dress-up, restaurant and school; she rides her scooter super fast; loves jumping on the tramp; LOVES playing tag with her Dad. We sure are grateful to have her in our home!!
