Spanish Programs

Cole and Sadie both recently had their Spanish Programs at school. They both did a super great job! Lots of songs and poems. They both know way more Spanish than me! :)

April Fun

April arrived with the start of baseball (Cole) and soccer (Sadie and Cole) and a very fun visit from my sister-in-law, Jill and her daughter Violet. We all enjoyed their visit, but Kelsey, especially, loved having someone around her very age! Grandma R and Jayda baking

New Toy!!

Bart and I have been tossing around the idea to get a trampoline or not.... something else for the kids to do this summer when I'm huge and hot and not wanting to go outside to entertain them. :) A friend of ours from the ward is moving out of the country this week and we inherited their tramp! We are super excited! It was quite the process for Bart to take apart and reassemble the trampoline, but the kids, especially, are grateful for his hard work! Let the playtime (and injuries) begin!

This year, instead of taking the kids to a studio for their birthday pictures, I asked Bart if he would just take them. Here are some of the results. Pretty impressive, I'd say. He hasn't done Kelsey, since she hasn't had her birthday yet...

Number 5 and I'm Still Alive!

Yes, folks, we are expecting baby number 5! It has been a very difficult roller coaster ride these last 17 weeks, but we have held on and are coming out on top! Sometime I will write a longer blog about it, but for now, we are grateful for so many hands that have blessed our lives and for the continuous prayers which have helped me pull through. We are excited for September to arrive!

Kelsey is such a character! She keeps us laughing with her antics. She is at such a fun stage and we love her being part of our family!
Ready for school! Anytime anyone puts on shoes, Kelsey runs to find her shoes and says "too", as in she wants to go too. This day she put on Sadie's backpack to walk the older kids to the bus.
