Botanical Garden and National Christmas Tree

We love our tradition of heading into the "city" to see the Christmas displays at the Botanical Gardens and to see the National Christmas tree. Another fun year!

D.C. Temple Lights

Each year we go see the Christmas lights at the D.C. Temple. Always gorgeous, Always crowded. This year is was much more so (crowded) because of the 60+ degree weather..rainy but pleasant. Some pictures turned out better than others. We love the Temple!

Hair Bows

What do you do when you get bored? Put most of the hair bows in the house in your little sister's hair. (decorating courtesy of Sadie and Jayda)

Little Gymnast

Kelsey has absolutely loved gymnastics! She is already signed up for the next session. We love this little sweetie!

Oh Christmas Tree!

This year, I have felt totally overwhelmed. It has been a crazy time in so many aspects in our lives. Some things had to give. We decided not to drive the hour to the farm to cut down our tree. We found a lot 6 minutes away and picked a tree. It actually turned out to be one of my favorites that we've had. I let control go and the kids got to do the hanging of the ornaments. Kelsey hung 8 Santas all together on one little branch. She cracks me up.

Lost!!

Jayda lost her first tooth! She noticed it was loose and pulled it out herself two days later!

Cute Girls

I love these girls!
Cuties!
This is how I found Kelsey. Watching the Ipad, on the couch, drinking some water, under her umbrella, in a dress-up dress. She. Cracks. Me. Up.
Messy Kenna!

Thanksgiving Play

I love the Kindergarten Thanksgiving Play. It is always so cute. Cole was an Indian, Sadie was a pilgrim and Jayda was an Indian. Jayda did a great job on her parts and was smiling the whole time. She loved having Kelsey there to see what she gets to do in two years! :)
