Dim Sum Class

For Gen's birthday, Kari thought it would be fun for she and I to pitch in and buy Gen a cooking class that all three of us could attend. What a super idea! We had a great time.... partly due to the fun, crazy teacher that we had. She was Chinese and actually used the cleaver that Gen is holding in this picture to cut everything up. It was a super fun girls night out and I'm so grateful for such wonderful friends!

I personally think I win the best friend contest (having them, not being one). You two are such a blessing in my life. I give thanks for you daily. I'm glad you decided to be a east coaster and I'm happy Kari obeyed the guidelines and bought a home within the parameters. :-)

Here's to dim sum and to Ms. Jewell smashing everything in sight with a cleaver! Let me know when you want to get together and make 1000 pot stickers. Thanks for a great night!
